Last Couple of Orders.

Hello Everyone, 

Sorry for the delayed response. I know that some of you emailed me about this directly, I made sure to respond to you folks before I sent out this update. I meant to send out an update sooner, but everything got away from me (story of my life I guess). After Gencon, the warehouse we rent space out of shut down and we had to move to a new facility. As part of that process, some of the stock got mixed around and as a result a few of the packages got held back. I meant to let you all know that was happening, but at around the same time I started a new day job. I'm working as a special education teacher and as you can imagine this time of year at a brand new school, it has been pretty busy.

I'm so sorry this got away from me, I meant to send out an update to let everyone know that 10 of the packages were mixed in with the things moving to the new warehouse and I would need some time to get it sorted. 

I'm just getting settled and I'll be working on getting the last ten out today and tomorrow. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!

Fulfillment - Slight Delay.

Good Morning Folks.

Fulfillment for the decks is well underway, many of you have already received your orders, and we’re down to just 49 remaining.

Some of those remaining orders are still waiting on completed surveys. If that’s you, please check your email. (I’ve been reaching out quite a bit!)

Unfortunately, we've hit a small snag that requires us to pause fulfillment temporarily. As part of the stretch goals, you’re all receiving a set of special tarot-sized encounter cards. However, there was a printing error with these cards, and I can’t send out the rest of the orders until the issue is resolved.

The printer is aware of the problem and is reprinting the cards with expedited shipping. If you received a set with melty-looking cards, please email me, and I’ll make sure replacements are sent your way as soon as they arrive.

The printer is based in the U.S., so I don’t expect the delay to be more than a few weeks. However, this does bump up against my time away for GenCon (Booth #467, tell your friends!), so shipping will likely resume after we return.

If your order has shipped, you should already have received tracking information.
If you’re one of the 49 remaining and you're planning to attend GenCon (unlikely, but just in case), please let me know ASAP, and I’ll arrange for you to pick up your rewards at the show.

Great news—the first batch of orders has been processed and will begin shipping out tomorrow morning!

If you haven’t completed your backer survey yet, please do so as soon as possible so we can get your order out the door.

Also, a few of you may have received a direct email from me regarding a payment issue. If that’s you, please check your inbox (and your spam folder) to make sure you’re not missing anything from us.

Shortly after updating you that they would be here in July, they inexplicably showed up… so… yay!

Fulfillment will begin presently! A few of you still have not filled out your surveys in backerkit, please do that.

Shipping Update! Entering the Final Stretch!

Hi!  I am jumping in to help out while Conor is out of the office. We received notification that the shipment is officially on its way from China.  After a few hiccups with the manufacturer and the tariff chaos, we expect the shipment to arrive and for fulfillment to occur by mid-July.  

As always, we will be trying to get them out earlier, but...something about the best laid plans....
